on the numerous IP searches we have conducted for our customers.

Search Strategy Level 1
This is a first scan of available documents existing in the prior art. Level 1 will produce a list of relevant patent abstracts based on key words agreed  with the
customer. The search may include the use of a particular composition, compound, API or formulation ingredient in specific areas of Consumer Care and
Pharmaceutical technologies. The results of Level 1 are intended to be broad enough to allow the customer to decide on relevance and to introduce refinements to
the search strategy which may continue according to the parameters in Level 2 below.

•        Cost:  $200 USD plus $0.25 per abstract.
•        Timing: less than 24 hours.
•        Data Base: Claims section of US Patents, US Provisional Applications (USPTO) plus WIPO (EU+ Japan)
•        Years: 1990 to current year - This search will include all active patents.
•        Format of List of Abstracts: MS Word or Simple Text

For example if the search results in 150 document abstracts, then the Cost = $200+0.25*150 = $237.5USD

Search Strategy Level 2
This patent scan will produce a list of patent abstracts, see above, which would expand or narrow down the search of Level 1. It will include highly relevant patent
documents. In addition to the abstracts the customer will be provided with copies of the entire patent document in text and PDF format.

•        Cost:  $200 USD plus $0.25 per abstract plus $1.50 per entire document
•        Data Base: Claims section of US Patent, US Provisional Applications (USPTO) plus WIPO (EU+ Japan)
•        Timing: less than 48 hours.
•        Years: 1970 to current year.
•        Format of List of Abstracts: MS Word or Simple Text
•        Format of Full Patent Document: PDF

For example if the search results in 150 document abstracts, then the Cost = $200+0.25*150 + 1.50*150= $462.5 USD

Search Strategy Level 3
This scan includes the search of relevant documents using key words provided by the customer. The search is not restricted to the Claims section alone; instead it
encompasses the entire document: abstract, specs, examples and claims sections. This search typically retrieves the largest number of documents. In addition to
the abstracts the customer may be provided with copies of the entire patent document in text and PDF format.

•        Cost:  $200 USD plus $0.25 per abstract plus $1.50 per entire document
•        Data Base: Full document in US Patent, US Provisional Applications (USPTO) plus WIPO (EU+ Japan)
•        Timing: less than 48 hours.
•        Years: 1970 to current year
•        Format of List of Abstracts: MS Word or Simple Text
•        Format of Patent: Text and PDF

For example if the search results in 150 document abstracts, then the Cost = $200+0.25*150 + 1.50*150= $462.5 USD
